Robyn Recommends: -- This website offers a ton of free yoga classes for all ranges of abilities. Bonus, it was started by a group of yoga teachers in Victoria, Canada where I am from! I would especially recommend classes by Fiji McAlpine—a gifted yoga instructor, and one of the first people who introduced me to the healing power of movement.
