Jordan Kugler, M.S.

Clinical Psychology Extern

Jordan Kugler is a fourth-year clinical psychology Ph.D. student at Utah State University. Prior
to attending Utah State, he received his B.A in psychology at the University of Nebraska-
Lincoln. Jordan’s general clinical interests include evidence based treatments for trauma-related
disorders, suicidal behavior in adolescents and adults and relationship factors that influence
mental health outcomes. He has received intensive training in evidence-based therapies (e.g.,
Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and group interventions.
Jordan’s research centers on the relationship between PTSD and suicidality in military veterans,
barriers to PTSD treatment for Veterans, Military Sexual Trauma, and theories of suicidal
behavior in military populations.
