Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)

The CBT for Insomnia group is meant for individuals who experience difficulty related to falling asleep, staying asleep, and/or waking up earlier than desired. This group is designed to help you learn and practice evidence-based skills to improve sleep schedules and quality of sleep. Group members benefit from individualized assessment and weekly treatment recommendations in addition to learning from others' experiences in a group format. This group is designed to be highly flexible for group members to attend as few or as many sessions as they desire.

Group will meet Wednesdays from 4:30 pm – 6 pm MST, $50/session.

Next session begins Wednesday, March 17.
