Treatment Approach

Our methods include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for chronic pain, and Mind-Body Techniques. We try to help clients develop pain management skills and coping strategies, and learn to drop the struggle with pain in order to lean into a more satisfying and values-based life.
