We provide CE credit for psychologists, social workers, mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists.
100% of proceeds from our events support sliding scale and pro bono services at our center. In 2024, we raised $17,025.30 to support 53 clients that used reduced rates or sliding scale services.

This session will include a review of recent literature on secondary workplace trauma and burnout as it applies to both mental health providers specifically and more broadly to our clients. Three measures of burnout will be reviewed, along with diagnostic criteria for PTSD. A review of the neurobiology of burnout will lead into evidence based practices for burnout reduction. We will practice a mindful self compassion strategy for making space internally for client materials. Finally, organizational practices that are associated with burnout reduction will be reviewed.
