Therapy is an investment in your long-term wellbeing, and we don’t want finances to interrupt your care. If you are experiencing a financial setback, please take these steps to see how we can help!

  1. Have a discussion.Talk about the situation with your clinician. They will be your advocate in finding a solution to meet your needs.
  2. Contact billing. Reach out to our billing specialist by email at jacqi.marshall@ucebt.com or call/text her at 385-446-5029. She can discuss options for assisting with care.
  3. Learn about other options. Review a few more of our options below.

Payment Options

Before anything else, please check the following: 

  • Employee benefits – check if your employer provides therapy benefits 

After confirming that you are utilizing your available benefits, we can provide the following options: 

  • Sliding scale If your income qualifies, you can transfer to a sliding scale provider for a reduced rate. 
  • ScholarshipWe offer annual scholarships to help clients access services. Please learn more about the scholarship before you consider submitting your application.
  • CareCreditYou can apply for a medical credit card to pay for certain services upfront, then make payments to CareCredit.
