Treatment Approach

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is our primary modality, focusing on emotional regulation and self-compassion to reduce self-harming behaviors. Depending on the context, Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) may also be a good fit.
