About

Michelle’s work emphasizes trauma-informed, collaborative care that balances acceptance and meaningful change. She has extensive experience working with trauma in its many forms, including both acute experiences and the impact of damaging foundational relationships. She integrates evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and other trauma-focused treatments, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals. As an AASECT-certified sex therapist, she also supports clients in exploring sexual health and well-being in a comfortable, nonjudgmental space.
