Stevie’s work draws on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), emphasizing mindfulness, psychological flexibility, values-driven action, and resilience. She aims to help clients build practical skills for navigating difficult emotions and relationships while creating lives that feel meaningful and authentic.
Stevie has a particular interest in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, including those exploring gender identity. Additionally, Stevie has a passion for helping couples and individuals navigate non-traditional relationship structures, including ethical non-monogamy, through an affirming and exploratory approach.
