The Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS®) is an evidence-based social skills group specifically designed to help neurodivergent young adults (ages 18-35) improve interpersonal skills in friendships, workplace relationships, and romantic connections.
Led by Dr. Kalee Gross and Dr. Rachel Armstrong, this 14-week program is structured to break down social skills into manageable steps, incorporating role-plays, videos, and real-life applications for effective learning.
PEERS® has been extensively researched and is recognized as the standard in social skills training for young adults. It also includes social coaches in the process to help support clients apply the skills outside of sessions.
By offering clear, structured guidance, the group empowers participants to confidently navigate social situations, enhancing independence and self-advocacy.
