Dr. Rachel Hopkins

Dr. Rachel Hopkins is committed to guiding individuals toward living a life aligned with their values and fostering posttraumatic growth. She specializes in anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. She works with individuals to address behavioral challenges, emotional distress, and the lasting effects of trauma. Dr. Hopkins’ therapeutic approach is:

  • Evidence-Based: Drawing on proven methods such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to address anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma.
  • Holistic: Viewing clients within their unique contexts to develop tailored strategies for healing and growth.
  • Values-Oriented: Focusing on helping clients build a meaningful, values-driven life.
  • Supportive of Growth: Incorporating her doctoral research on posttraumatic growth to foster resilience and transformation.
