In this 6-week skills-based group led by Rebecca Price, LCSW, you’ll explore how perfectionism shows up in your thoughts, emotions, and daily life. Together, we’ll uncover the hidden costs of relying on control as a coping strategy—and what it means to loosen that grip without falling apart.

What This Group Covers

In these 6 weeks, participants will…

  • Learn and describe the role that control plays in a perfectionistic approach to challenges in life
  • Understand how perfectionism affects one’s thoughts/feelings/behaviors and the costs of allowing control to be a primary coping strategy.
  • Understand the impact of over-reliance on control and the problems that can arise
  • Learn skills to increase flexibility in thinking and aiming for acceptance as an alternative strategy to manage emotion dysregulation.

Learn practical skills to let go of self-criticism, embrace flexibility, and live with more confidence and self-compassion.
