Why Work at UCEBT?

At UCEBT, we aim to offer the best mental health jobs in Utah. We are dedicated to creating an environment where mental health professionals can thrive. With a focus on collaboration, growth, and professional development, we offer a workplace that empowers clinicians to deliver exceptional care while maintaining balance and fulfillment in their own lives.

Supportive Environment

We believe that therapists work best in a context that is supportive, collaborative, intellectually engaging, and fosters autonomous decision-making.

We actively promote self-care, manageable caseloads, and personal growth outside of work, so clinicians are more energized and engaged in the therapy room.

Clinical support staff gain valuable experiential exposure to the field of psychology through involvement in team meetings and didactics.

We are interested in hiring clinicians who promote growth by joining an existing team or gradually building their own program.

Clinicians are supported in building a caseload that fits their unique interests and expertise, believing therapy is more effective when clinicians have a choice in who they see and how they work.

Clinical support staff receive ongoing training and are encouraged to seek advancement within the company.

Employees benefit from engaging didactics and collaborative team meetings, similar to large institutions, without the corresponding administrative burden. This gives therapists the support and time to provide personalized, targeted treatments.

Our unique model of employee growth fosters a positive working environment where every clinician’s expertise benefits clients and providers alike.

Our clinicians engage with the community in many ways. We’ve had clinicians be a guest on podcasts, TEDx Speaker, panel experts, and provide Continuing Education trainings to other providers. Our clinicians regularly provide trainings to other businesses as well as being speakers at conferences.

Several of our clinicians currently serve in faculty positions at the University of Utah and University of Oregon. Because of our commitment to advancing the field of mental health and our connections to Universities, we always have opportunities for staff to be involved in research projects.
