While anger is a natural emotion, unmanaged anger can negatively impact relationships and mental well-being. Treatment for anger management at UCEBT combines evidence-based therapies with a strengths-based approach to help clients understand triggers and develop healthier ways to express emotions.
We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients set goals for change, identify and manage anger triggers, regulate emotions, and improve interpersonal skills, empowering them to build healthier relationships.
