Karina Hess, MBA

Karina Hess has been a key member of UCEBT since 2016, ensuring the smooth operation of the center and maintaining an organized, efficient environment for clients and employees. In her role, she oversees daily operations, manages human resources functions, and serves as the center’s HIPAA Officer, ensuring compliance with privacy and security regulations.

Karina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Utah and an Associate of Science with honors from Salt Lake Community College. She further enhanced her expertise in business management by completing her MBA at the University of Phoenix.

As a bilingual professional fluent in Russian, Karina brings a valuable skill set to the practice. Her dedication to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and team support is integral to the ongoing success of UCEBT.
