About

Rachel Armstrong, Psy.D., is a Postdoctoral Psychology Fellow at UCEBT. She takes an integrated approach to therapy and has experience providing individual intervention through client-centered therapy and evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She works collaboratively with individuals through neuropsychological testing and comprehensive interviews to identify strengths and develop personalized treatment plans and recommendations.
Rachel has particular expertise in working with adults and older adults with health issues, stress, sleep issues, executive functioning difficulties, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
In her downtime, Rachel enjoys hiking, camping, photography, tending her plants, and spending time with friends and family.
