About

Rachel Hopkins, Psy.D., is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the Program Director for UCEBT’s Anxiety & Mood team. She specializes in evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), for individuals of all ages.

With extensive experience in treating children, adolescents, adults, and families, Rachel is passionate about helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and behavioral challenges. She is committed to guiding individuals toward living a life aligned with their values and fostering posttraumatic growth.

Dr. Hopkins is PsyPact approved and can provide telehealth services in over 40 states. She also sees clients in-person at our Colorado location.
