About

Dr. Robin Lange is the Cofounder and Chief Executive Officer of UCEBT. Her training history includes trauma-related disorders, personality disorder, women’s health, career development, and posttraumatic resilience. Dr. Lange has specialized in performance enhancment, burnout prevention, and recovery for business owners and executives. She is committed to supporting career development of medical and mental health professionals.
Dr. Lange has extensive training and experience in evidence-based group psychotherapy and treatments, including:
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy (CBCT)
  • Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)

Dr. Lange is committed to providing compassionate care tailored to the unique needs of her clients.

Dr. Lange is a member of professional organizations including the American Psychological Association (APA), the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies (ISTSS), the Utah Psychological Association, and the LGBTQ Affirmative Therapist Guild of Utah.

In addition to her work at UCEBT, Dr. Lange has been an adjunct clinical psychology professor at the University of Utah since 2014.
