How We Can Help

Thank you for considering UCEBT as a resource for your client’s mental health care. We understand that the referral process can involve logistical challenges, and we are here to make it as seamless as possible.

Whether you’re checking on waitlist availability, submitting documentation, or scheduling an appointment on behalf of your client, our team is ready to assist you.

Our goal is to ensure timely and effective communication while respecting privacy regulations. Let us partner with you in providing high-quality, evidence-based care for your clients.

Our Approach

Our center offers expert, evidence-based therapeutic services for children and adolescents, addressing a wide range of common challenges such as school refusal, separation anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD.

Do you have a waitlist?

Sometimes we do have a waitlist depending on the services that are requested. The wait time changes from month to month. So it is difficult to provide a general range for wait time.

For questions about a potential waitlist, email info@ucebt.com

If you would like you to schedule an appointment on behalf of your client, we will need to obtain a Release of Information (ROI) from the client first. To request a Release of Information (ROI) form, please have your client email info@ucebt.com

How frustrating! We apologize for the wait. Our center aims to call new clients within 48 hours from the time they complete the online screener. If it’s been more than 48 hours, please have your client email info@ucebt.com to check the status.

If you’re a provider and you have any documentation for a client that you’d like to send us, please fax that information to (855) 710-7443

Totally understandable. Please email info@ucebt.com and we’ll be happy help however we can 🙂

Seamless Continuation of Care

At UCEBT, we value collaboration with fellow therapists to provide consistent, evidence-based care for your clients. Trust us to help your clients build on the progress they’ve made and continue their journey toward well-being.
