The RO-DBT Skills Class is a 30-week program that promotes emotional openness, flexibility, and connection with others.

In addition to RO-DBT skills classes, we also offer RO-DBT individual therapy with optional phone consultation to use during difficult moments in between sessions. 

The full RO-DBT program is highly researched and has been proven to be very effective in treatment a variety of conditions.

Our full RO-DBT program lasts about 30 weeks.
