About

Are you on a healing journey and ready for the next step? If you’ve been doing the work but are ready to go deeper, then we may be a good fit.

If you’ve done a lot of talk therapy and/or a lot of recovery work and/or trauma processing… If you’ve been on a spiritual path for a while now… If you’re already insightful and self-aware and maybe you’ve been called “evolved”… But you seem to be stuck in the same patterns despite all this work you’ve done? Maybe you’re clear that talking about your problems or retelling your story doesn’t lead to the outcomes you’re wanting to experience. Have therapy insights not led to the transformation you’re seeking?

It may be that you haven’t experienced a therapy that’s designed for deep transformation and coming home to your authentic self. Internal Family Systems (IFS) is non-pathologizing, so we’re not focused on disorders and diagnoses. IFS welcomes all the parts of you, even those in conflict with one another. IFS connects you with your body and to your inner healing intelligence. And it is that inner healing intelligence, that we all possess, that does the healing. This therapy frees you from having to rely fully on a therapist and gives you the tools to self-evolve independently.

I am mixed race (Mexican/Japanese/White) and enjoy understanding and supporting clients to embrace their intersectional identities. I am licensed in Maryland, Nevada and Utah and meet with clients online only. My life has been about healing, being healed and healing others. I see therapy as a vehicle to first recognize the conditioning we’ve had to collect as part of the human condition, and second as an opportunity to transmute our burdens for the maximum benefit of who we are now.
